  • No, you do not need to be present during the shoot. As long as the property is ready and access is arranged, we can complete the entire session independently and deliver your photos once editing is finished.

  • We are usually able to accommodate next-day shoots, depending on availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.

Pricing FAQs

  • No travel fees apply within our service area. We cover the entire Los Cabos region, from Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo to the Tourist Corridor, Todos Santos, Cerritos, East Cape, and Los Barriles.

  • For standard photography sessions, pricing is based on the number of bedrooms. For iGUIDE virtual tours, pricing is based on the final measured interior square footage of the property. For Premium Marketing Packages the final price is determined by the final interior square footage.

  • You can expect your final photos and virtual tour within 3 business days from the date of the shoot, delivered consistently and on schedule.

  • No. All pricing is transparent, and any additional costs (such as add-ons or expanded coverage) are discussed and approved before the shoot takes place.

  • Yes. If your property requires a specific combination of services, we can build a custom package tailored to your listing, whether it’s a luxury villa, vacation rental, or development project.

  • We charge in Mexican Pesos (MXN). However, we accept all major credit cards. If your card is issued in USD or another currency, your bank will automatically convert the charge using its current exchange rate.

  • Our photography-only packages start at $5,800 MXN. Full pricing details are available on our Pricing page.

  • A full real estate photography shoot includes professionally edited interior and exterior images covering all key spaces of the property—such as living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. Drone photography is included when permitted.

  • A typical shoot takes about 1–2 hours, depending on the size and layout of the property—from setup to wrap-up.

  • Final edited images are typically delivered within 3 business days after the shoot. If you need a faster turnaround, rush delivery may be available upon request.

  • Yes, we recommend the property be clean, tidy, and fully ready before the shoot. Simple steps like decluttering surfaces, opening blinds, and turning on lights help ensure the best possible results.

  • Yes. Upon request, we can photograph community amenities such as pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, clubhouses, and other shared spaces, provided photography is permitted by the HOA, strata, or property management.

Even though Airbnb does not directly embed interactive virtual tours in the listing itself, hosts can still share the tour link with potential guests or include it in their listing description where applicable. Virtual tours are especially effective for Airbnb and vacation rentals because they help guests fully understand the layout and feel of the space before booking, increasing trust and attracting more serious inquiries.

  • On-site capture typically takes between 1–2 hours, depending on the size and layout of the property. After the shoot, the virtual tour is processed and delivered within a few business days, along with floor plans and final digital assets.

  • AI photo enhancement pricing depends on the number of images:

    • 1 image – $250 MXN

    • 5 images – $850 MXN

    Each enhancement includes professional AI editing such as lighting and color correction, sky replacement, object removal, and overall image refinement to improve the visual appeal of the property.
